This tour is still available on your desired date of October 29.
The price for this tour is $848 per person based on double occupancy in one room.
If you wish take advantage of the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion, you must have at least 3 people in one room.
The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable admission fee) on share room basis departing from now to 03/31/2013.
The admission fees for the third person total to $297.
For three passengers in one room, the total amount for the tour would be $1,995.
We offer complimentary airport transfer on the first day of the tour:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.

When booking a hotel extension, after selecting the dates, the total amount due in the easy book section should reflect as follows:
Total Amount = $403.00
(Hotel Extension: $165.00)
If you do not see the hotel extension in the pricing area of the easy book section, it means that the hotel extension information has not been completed.
Please refresh the page and input all information needed, including the check-in an check-out dates for the hotel extension.

There are many locations for pickup for this tour, most of them being in the San Gabriel Valley.
Pickup times range from 630am- 9am, depending on the location.

We do not currently offer hotel pickup for this tour.
We suggest meeting at SFO airport by 11am on the first day of the tour, as you can then join the complimentary half day city tour.
The transfer to LAX on the last day of the tour is approximately at 930am.
The cost to get to Universal Studios varies on the transportation method you use.
However, we do not currently offer this transfer service, so you will have to make your own arrangements to Universal after the otur.

No, this tour is not usually available in December, as the roads become difficult to pass to Yosemite in the Winter months.
